As Penrose Medical closes, we want to ensure you continue to have access to your medical records.
Beginning April 30, 2026, all patient medical records will be securely transferred to Desert River Solutions, who will serve as the official custodian of records.

If you need a copy of your medical records, please visit the website to complete and submit a medical release form. Detailed instructions are provided on that webpage to guide you through the process.
